In the Shibari introductory course, we enter the world of Japanese rope bondage with its many facets. We will work on and practise the basic techniques together and look at why psychology and biology play an important role in Shibari and how we can create a beautiful inner space and experience sensual, emotional bondage with this introductory knowledge alone.

Technical introduction (basic knots, hand/foot cuffs, wrapping techniques, etc.)
